Tex-Mex Enchilada
Cooking Instructions: Combine 8 cups of cold water with soup mix and stir occasionally. When cooked, garnish with cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Then add one cup of heavy whipping cream (low fat milk, half & half or evaporated milk can be used) or one more cup of water. Option: Add one 10 oz can of chicken, makes 8 cups
Creamy Jalapeno
Cooking Instructions: Combine 6 cups of cold water with soup mix and stir to a rolling boil, lower heat to simmer for 15 minutes, stir occasionally. Then add one cup of heavy whipping cream (low fat milk, half & half or evaporated milk can be used). Option: Add one 10 oz can of chicken, shrimp, or crab meat. Makes 8 cups.
Texas Queso

Creamy Corn Chowder
Cooking Instructions: Combine 7 cups of cold water with soup mix and stir to a rolling boil, lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Then add one cup of heavy whipping cream (Low fat milk, half & half or evaporated milk can be used). Option: Add one 10 oz can of chicken, shrimp, scallops or crab meat. Makes 8 cups.
Pasta Fagioli
Cooking Instructions: Combine 8 1/2 cups of cold water with soup mix. Add one 6 oz can of tomato paste and stir to a rolling boil, lower heat to medium, cook for 20 minutes, add pasta packet and cook for 15 minutes. Optional: add Italian turkey sausage and/or one can diced tomatoes. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Makes 9 cups.
Stuffed Baked Potato
Cooking Instructions: Combine 7 cups of cold water with soup mix, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, lower heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Then add one cup of heavy whipping cream to soup. (Low fat milk, half & half or evaporated milk can be used). Option: Add one 10 oz can of chicken, shrimp, or crab meat. Makes 9 cups.
